    Start with Crystal Fall, Icicle Summon, Wooden Shield and Training Staff.

  2. 2.

    Buy VIP ticket and reroll for Drizzle, make Blizzard spell.

  3. 3.

    Aim all wands towards Blizzard for maximum seal.

  4. 4.

    Thunder Dragon is optional.

  5. 5.

    Keep in mind that Blizzard also inflicts lots of freeze stacks, be careful so it doesn't overtake burn.
