Took quite a lot of attempts for this one, double mythic unique blessing probably were mandatory here else I would'nt have had enough dmg/execute. - For spikes (4th) I only used 1 lance and had an extra bloody crown + hero circlet (more removal, less weapons) - Sold the unecessary buff removal for extra anti-heal for the last boss.
