there is 2 option for this run get candle stick for early or force it till hero's circlet after round 8 get bloody crown so stealer boss does not heal back and forth anyway for early start with spear + club + anvil focus on getting helmets if you can get lance if you can just let it stay as spear get as much armor as you can so its easier to do this im warning you ,you probably need both rebecca myhtic passives
