White Wolf Captain + Red Dragon are necessary to beat the first boss within the 4-second invincibility period. Mimic is used to merge two Spark spells into Thunderstrike spell, then multiple staffs (3+) are connected to it to maximize damage with Plague Gloves, Primal Flame, and your choice of burn rings. All gear is legendary +2 or +3. All other bosses follow typical Spark stun builds (Thunder Dragon, Lightning Wands, Instant Freeze, Ice Gloves).
