   You'll need Cecilia unlocked for her Dragon starter supply. Winged Boots is optional.

2. 2.

   Build up a lot of armor in Round 1-4, and pray to RNGesus that you'll get Fairy at Round 3-4.

3. 3.

   Use Red Dragon in Round 3 & 4 if your Primal Flame's proc doesnt finish off the 3rd enemy.

4. 4.

   Try to get 4-5 Crow Necklaces when you get past the early rounds. Try to make an air walker, 1 or 2 is enough.
